Club Membership and Visitors Application

Renewing Club Membership (Current Members)
Current members i.e. those that rode races last season do not have to complete a new membership application form. All that is required from you is to do an EFT payment using your Race Number, Surname and Initials as Reference on the EFT and complete the form that will be emailed to you so that you can select which race and alternative race you would like to marshal.

New Club Membership (New Members)
If you are intending to join the club for the upcoming season, you will be required to complete a New Membership Application Form 
(Click here to download). 
Your membership must be paid via EFT using the following as reference: New, Surname and Initials.
A copy of the EFT transaction can accompany your application form. Email application and pop to the club office.

Visitors (Riders that want to ride some races)
Visitors MUST complete a Visitors Application form (Click here to download) and do a EFT payment or you can pay at the venue with your card. Application form to be emailed to office by 18h00 on the Friday before the race you are wanting to participate in. On the Saturday morning all that will be required is to collect your race number from the registration table.

Fees Structure is as follows:
- Full Membership = R750
- Spouse = R375 

- Pensioner = R375

- Visitors = R150 (per race)
